1. Acceptance and accounts

By using Motixa Cashier, you confirm that you are an employee or authorised user of the account-owning organisation. You must protect credentials, not share an account and report suspected unauthorised use to the organisation.

2. Sales operations

The app is used for sales, orders, customers, items and payments within granted permissions. The organisation’s user and its internal controls are responsible for reviewing price, discount, tax, payment method, customer and amount before completing a transaction.

You must not bypass permissions, create fictitious documents, attempt to alter or remove data outside your role, or use the app in breach of law or others’ rights.

3. Devices, printing and data

Use of the app can depend on internet connectivity, a printer, a point-of-sale device or other technical services chosen by the organisation. Sales records, invoices and customer data remain within the organisation’s account and responsibility. The Privacy Policy applies to personal data related to use of the app.

4. Suspension, changes and contact

Access may be suspended at the organisation’s request, to protect the service or where use is unauthorised. The app and these terms may change as the service or legal requirements evolve; the version published at this URL is current unless stated otherwise.
