يتيح تطبيق موتيكسا الأفراد عرض المعلومات والخدمات التي تتيحها لك المنشأة المرتبطة بحسابك. لا يمنح التطبيق وحده حقًا في أي خدمة أو منتج أو التزام مالي؛ تبقى شروط الخدمة أو البيع بينك وبين المنشأة مقدمة الخدمة.
1. Using the app
The Motixa Individuals app displays information and services made available by the organisation linked to your account. The app alone does not create an entitlement to a service, product or financial commitment; the service or sale terms remain between you and the service-providing organisation.
2. الحساب والردود
يجب استخدام بيانات الدخول أو رمز التحقق الخاص بك فقط وعدم مشاركته مع الآخرين. أنت مسؤول عن مراجعة البيانات والردود أو الموافقات التي ترسلها عبر التطبيق قبل تأكيدها. إذا وجدت خطأً في خدمة أو فاتورة أو مركبة، تواصل مع المنشأة التي قدمت الخدمة.
2. Account and responses
Use only your own sign-in credentials or verification code and do not share them. You are responsible for reviewing the information and any response or approval you submit through the app before confirming it. If you find an error in a service, invoice or vehicle record, contact the organisation that provided the service.
3. الاستخدام المقبول والخصوصية
لا يجوز محاولة الوصول إلى حساب شخص آخر أو تعطيل التطبيق أو استخدامه بصورة مخالفة للأنظمة أو حقوق الآخرين. تنطبق سياسة الخصوصية على معالجة البيانات الشخصية في التطبيق.
3. Acceptable use and privacy
You must not try to access another person’s account, disrupt the app or use it in breach of law or others’ rights. The Privacy Policy applies to processing of personal data in the app.
