Information needed for verification

1. Your name and a contact method linked to the account, such as phone number or email.
2. The organisation you deal with, if known.
3. A clear confirmation that you request deletion of the app account.

We may request further information to verify identity before processing. We do not request passwords or verification codes by email.

What is deleted and what may be retained

After verification, we process deletion or deactivation of the sign-in account and associated profile data to the extent supported by the service. The organisation that provides your service may continue to retain vehicle, request, work-order, invoice or approval records where needed to provide the service, maintain its operating record or meet applicable legal or accounting obligations.

Information needed to prevent fraud or resolve a dispute, and protected backups until their normal retention and restoration cycle completes, may also remain. We will contact you to confirm receipt, the verification outcome or any further step needed.

If your request concerns a service or invoice

You may request deletion of the app account from Motixa Software using the email above. To correct or discuss a particular service record, invoice or approval, also contact the organisation that provided your service because it manages that record.
