باستخدام التطبيق، تقر بأنك تستخدمه نيابة عن منشأة مخولة أو بصفتك مستخدمًا منحته المنشأة صلاحية صالحة. يجب أن تكون المعلومات التي تقدمها صحيحة، وأن تحافظ على سرية بيانات الدخول، وألا تستخدم حساب مستخدم آخر دون إذن.
1. Acceptance and accounts
By using the app, you confirm that you act for an authorised organisation or as a user with valid access granted by that organisation. You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential and not use another person’s account without permission.
2. الاستخدام المسموح
يُستخدم التطبيق لإدارة العمليات التي تتيحها المنشأة وصلاحياتها، مثل الحسابات والمبيعات والمخزون والعملاء وأوامر العمل والتقارير. تتحمل المنشأة مسؤولية صحة ما يُدخل في سجلاتها، ومراجعة المستندات والآثار المالية أو الضريبية قبل اعتمادها وفق إجراءاتها ومتطلباتها النظامية.
لا يجوز استخدام التطبيق بصورة غير قانونية، أو محاولة تجاوز الصلاحيات، أو تعطيل الخدمة، أو نسخ أو استخراج بيانات لا تملك حق الوصول إليها، أو إدخال محتوى ينتهك حقوق الآخرين.
2. Permitted use
The app may be used to manage workflows enabled for the organisation and its permissions, including accounting, sales, inventory, customers, work orders and reports. The organisation is responsible for the accuracy of data it enters and for reviewing documents and any financial or tax consequences before approval under its own procedures and requirements.
You must not use the app unlawfully, bypass permissions, disrupt the service, copy or extract data you are not authorised to access, or enter content that infringes others’ rights.
3. البيانات والخدمات المرتبطة
تبقى بيانات أعمال المنشأة وسجلاتها ضمن مسؤوليتها. يجوز لموتيكسا سوفت تشغيل المكونات التقنية اللازمة للخدمة وتقديم الدعم والصيانة والتحديثات. قد تتأثر بعض الميزات بتوفر الإنترنت أو أجهزة الطباعة أو خدمات الأطراف الثالثة التي تختار المنشأة استخدامها.
تنطبق سياسة الخصوصية على معالجة البيانات الشخصية المرتبطة باستخدام التطبيق.
3. Data and related services
The organisation remains responsible for its business data and records. Motixa Software may operate technical components necessary for the service and provide support, maintenance and updates. Some features can depend on internet availability, printing devices or third-party services chosen by the organisation.
The Privacy Policy applies to processing of personal data connected with the app.
4. الإيقاف والتغييرات والتواصل
قد يُعلّق الوصول إلى حساب أو ميزة لحماية الخدمة، أو عند وجود استخدام غير مصرح به، أو بطلب من المنشأة صاحبة الحساب. يمكن تحديث التطبيق أو هذه الشروط عند تغير الخدمة أو المتطلبات النظامية، ويصبح النشر في هذا الرابط هو النسخة المعتمدة ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك.
Access to an account or feature may be suspended to protect the service, where use is unauthorised or at the request of the account-owning organisation. The app or these terms may be updated as the service or legal requirements change; the version published at this URL is the current version unless stated otherwise.
