Application legal information
These terms govern authorised use of this application and supplement the applicable platform/store terms. Read the privacy policy and the account-deletion scope before using account-based features.
Motixa Individuals lets you view your services, bookings, vehicles, invoices, work orders, approvals and loyalty information made available by establishments using Motixa. Motixa Software operates the platform; each establishment is responsible for the business records and services it provides.
Provide accurate information and use only your own account or an account you are authorised to operate. Protect credentials and verification codes, respect company/branch permissions and report suspected misuse. Do not access other companies’ records, bypass controls, interfere with the service or upload unlawful material. Permission to use an account does not transfer ownership of the software.
Review prices, quantities, tax, payment allocation, approvals and documents before confirming. An establishment is responsible for its commercial services, record accuracy and staff authorisation. Financial and inventory actions follow the document status and approved system rules. Contact the establishment about service, invoice or refund disputes; Motixa support handles technical platform issues. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights.
Available payments, loyalty benefits, cashback, bookings and offers depend on the establishment’s enabled settings and displayed conditions. Check eligibility, expiry and any charges before confirming. External payment/messaging providers apply their own terms to their service. These terms do not create an undisclosed charge or an automatic subscription. Any separately purchased service is governed by the disclosed agreement and the applicable store rules where relevant.
The privacy policy explains data use and lawful record retention. Submit deletion through the verified in-app or web form; email is not a prerequisite. We respond within five business days (Sunday–Thursday), and the private tracking page shows the decision and execution status. User-account deletion does not delete the establishment, other users or records that must legally remain. It does not automatically cancel a separate contract or an outstanding financial obligation.
Motixa Software retains its software and brand rights, subject to third-party/open-source licences. Use the application on supported devices within your authorised access and applicable licence rules. We may release necessary security or compatibility updates and restrict misuse. Availability depends on connectivity, maintenance and external providers. These terms do not exclude liability or guarantees that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Motixa Software provides application support and is responsible for its service; Apple and Google are not parties to an establishment’s commercial transaction. Apps obtained through a store remain subject to that store’s applicable usage and licence rules. Where no custom Apple EULA is supplied, Apple’s Standard EULA governs the app licence; these service terms supplement it without overriding mandatory rights. Store-specific purchase/refund rules apply only where a store purchase actually exists.

Updates appear here with a revised date; material changes are communicated through available service channels where required. Your mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
