What is deleted and what remains?
On approval, your sign-in identity, phone, sessions, notifications and private individual profile data and photos are erased. Only your membership is removed from profiles shared with other people, protecting their data. Establishment records subject to lawful retention are not erased with the app account.
Use your registered phone and the real WhatsApp verification code sent to it. Demo sign-in codes cannot authorize deletion. Review the scope, confirm consent and submit; keep the private receipt link to track the request even after account deletion.
Deletion is permanent and does not cancel financial obligations or legally retained documents. Required invoices, work orders, accounting and approval/transaction records remain for the applicable required period. Personal text in the deletion request is cleared on completion; only minimal request reference, status and dates remain. Do not share your tracking link.
