What is deleted and what remains?
On approval, your user’s personal data, password/login, permissions and sessions are erased. Business and POS share the same user: deleting it removes access to both applications. The company and other users are not deleted.
Use your original username and password; Business/POS also accept the mobile identifier supported by their normal sign-in. Company uses its platform username. Review the scope, confirm consent and submit; keep the private receipt link for the decision and completion confirmation.
Deletion is permanent and does not cancel financial obligations or legally retained documents. Required invoices, work orders, accounting and approval/transaction records remain for the applicable required period. Personal text in the deletion request is cleared on completion; only minimal request reference, status and dates remain. Do not share your tracking link.
